This is such a lovely block of text in some cases, such as this one that I stumbled across while researching CSS issues.

I remember first seeing it back in my Word 2.0 days although a cursory Google search suggests that it goes back centuries at least. I was a bit surprised to find that it's not total gibberish - in fact it seems to come from a garbled passage from Cicero. Done properly it can be a testament to the art of typesetting and a calming tranquil oasis in the middle of a desert of dry text.

Because, as you know, nowadays you can find anything on the Internet, I'd suggest hitting loremipsum.de, the site dedicated to the phrase.
